They are made with a waterproof PVC cover that helps protect your shoes from rain and splashes. The zipper and seams are not fully sealed, so standing in deep water or heavy prolonged rain may allow some moisture in. They work best for daily commutes and light-to-moderate rain.
How do I choose my size?

Can I wear them over boots or heels?
